About the Role

You will handle technical repairs, preventive maintenance, and system upkeep to ensure facilities remain safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks.
• Keep maintenance records.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians.
• Follow safety and compliance standards.
• Any other duties that is assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical certification or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in maintenance.
• Skilled in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: BZ$2,500 – BZ$4,000/month
