About the Role
As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee multi-discipline service operations, ensuring that every building we manage meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and sustainability. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive innovation through AI and data-driven facility management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and supervision across multiple service departments (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Systems, LED Retrofits, etc.).
- Manage budgets, service delivery timelines, and performance KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Belizean building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the Technology Team to implement AI-driven maintenance and energy analytics.
- Build and maintain client relationships, reports, and quality assurance documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities or operations management.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AI/IoT building management systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: BZ$3,000 – BZ$5,000 per month
