About the Role

As a Maintenance Worker, you will assist in daily facility operations, handling basic repairs, preventative tasks, and supporting more senior technicians. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and eager to grow in the facility management field.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine building repairs including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and fixtures.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs (inspections, lubrication, minor fixes).
• Respond to work orders and requests, executing tasks with care and safety.
• Support cleanup, grounds upkeep, and facility housekeeping.
• Help technicians with tools, materials, and site prep.
• Maintain records of work performed and report issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in building maintenance or handyman work.
• Basic skills with hand tools, repairs, and mechanical systems.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow direction.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting, climbing, and outdoor work.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: BZ$2,000 – BZ$3,000 per month
