Physical Security Manager
About the Role
As Physical Security Manager, you will lead and manage security operations, systems, and personnel to protect assets, clients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Oversee access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Manage security personnel and vendor contracts.
- Conduct risk assessments and incident response.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Any other duties that is assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in security or risk management.
- 5+ years in physical security leadership.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: BZ$4,000 – BZ$6,000/month
